Shipping & Return Policy

We want to get you your product as soon as possible. That’s why we make every effort to process your order quickly so you can put your product good use sooner.
 

U.S orders will be shipped via USPS & UPS and International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.

Handling Time: 1-2 working days after order confirmation.

Average transit times to the United States: 3 - 7 Business days.
Average transit times to the United Kingdom/ Germany/ Franch/France, Germany, Italy, Spain : 5 - 7 Business days.
Average transit times to the other international country: 7-20 Business days.

How to calculate the order freight?
Our shipping fee is base on carrier's fee, quote according to the order weight, it maybe a reasonable price for our customers. We didn't make a benifit on the freight. If you order weight is more than 9kg, please contact our customer service to quote you a special price.

Cancellation

• Cancel order within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.

• Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns 

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after the receipt of the product.
1. Contact Us to Customer Service within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include the reason for return and photographs for verification.
2. After receiving return instructions from us, Please send your item(s) using local post within 7 days from receiving the return address.
3. When we receive the returned package, the item(s) will be inspected to ensure it is in the original condition and has the issues stated in the return request.
4. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
5. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.
6. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
7. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories.
8. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Note:
1. Return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense. Freight collection is not acceptable. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
2. Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt.
Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package.
After we process your refund, the refund will automatically be credited to your credit card or original payment method within 1-3 working days ( (the processing time depends on your payment method and bank).
The first job shipping fee will not be refunded since we have paid the freight to carrier.

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at garberiel@garberiel.com.
